  We make it a point to come here every time we are in the area.  We have brought friends and family and we are never disappointed. The owner always shakes my hand and makes us feel super welcome.  We come from indiana but he always remembers us.
  
  Now for the food.  I wish we had this menu where we live. I had the Nashville flavored chicken breasts today and other visits have had burgers, burrito bowls, wings, etc.  Everything very good.
  
  Love the fact that they will put any game on that you want without a fuss.  Unlike other places that don't know sports exist.

  Bad first try? Just this one location? No matter. We won't be back. We sat outside, obviously upsetting our server. Tried the tables, worst chairs ever. Tried 3 hi-tops to find one that didn't wobble. "What beer do you have?" She mumbled about five, then suggested I step inside and look. Service with a frown.  Again, we won't be back.

  I've been a fan of Beefs in Lynn Haven FL for years so I wanted to return and have a great meal at the one here in Naples. We were out doing errands and were hungry.  Walking in we were greeted and seated by a sweet young man. He took our drink orders immediately. Drinks were served quickly and orders taken.  To start we ordered the house-made potato chips with cheese and bacon topping. It's huge so be prepared to take most home. I got the Buffalo chicken salad. It was just ok only because the chicken was cold. I would've preferred it be warm even though it's in a salad. This is also a hefty serving so that went home too. The next day I warmed the chicken and added new lettuce and it was perfect. All was good until a big fat cockroach ran across the floor. Our server ran to it and stomped on it. That pretty much ruined any appetite I had left. I don't know if this restaurant has problems with that or if it was a one-off but I probably won't go back. It's too bad because I love Beefs.

  I ordered the Roast Beef Garlic Melt and it was disgusting. With a name that includes beef in it I was expecting the sandwich to at least be edible but it wasn't. The roast beef was fatty and there was zero hints of garlic. No thanks.

  Ordered a burger via Uber Eats. Apparently, "well done" was interpreted as medium (or medium rare). Super pink inside, only the outside was brown. :( Side of broccoli has only 4-6 pieces, not exactly what I would expect paying for a separate side item.
  
  Will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
